Job Responsibilities

Establecer, coordinar y mantener condiciones de trabajo seguras y saludables para la comunidad Lincoln y el ambiente que lo rodea en las oficinas foráneas de Saltillo, Monterrey, Querétaro, Hermosillo y Tijuana, así como recomendar y promover las medidas necesarias para eliminar actos y condiciones inseguras, asegurando el cumplimiento con los requisitos legales de medio ambiente, seguridad e higiene aplicables.

    • Inspeccionar instalaciones a fin de identificar y corregir riesgos.
    • Revisar bitácoras de maquinaría y equipo
    • Supervisar personal de intendencia planta
    • Coordinar labores de mantenimiento general y ambiente
    • Mantener en coordinación con áreas de Operación y Materiales, instalaciones limpias y ordenadas que apoyen la práctica de las operaciones diarias en un ambiente seguro
    • Promover actitud de mejora en orden y limpieza el personal
    • Investigar accidentes.
    • Apoyar a los diferentes departamentos en el diseño de instalaciones y adquisición de equipo desde el punto de vista de seguridad.
    • Atender inspecciones de ambiente y seguridad
    • Auditar a las diferentes áreas involucradas en aspectos de higiene y seguridad
    • Establecer programa de actividades para las diferentes áreas a fin de cumplir con lo que establece la legislación ambiental y de seguridad e higiene.
    • Establecer programas de entrenamiento en seguridad e higiene para el personal.
    • Participar como instructor de temas de requerimiento legal y de corporativo en temas de MASH.
    • Elaborar estudios ambiente-laboral (espacios de trabajo) y de impactos al ambiente (contaminación)
    • Coordinar las juntas de las diferentes comisiones de seguridad, higiene y ambiente
    • Dar seguimiento y cumplimiento a los puntos que emanen de las diferentes inspecciones en material de ambiente y seguridad.
    • Formular políticas generales de seguridad y asegurar su aplicación.
    • Preparar la información necesaria para atender demandas o investigaciones de seguros.
    • Establecimiento y seguimiento de campañas de seguridad, salud y cuidado al ambiente.
    • Atención de emergencias en equipos y operaciones
    • Atención de visitas a dependencias gubernamentales

Job Requirements

Nivel Licenciatura/Ingeniería

3 a 5 años de experiencia en el puesto en empresas de manufactura, metalmecánicas preferente

Manejo de brigadas

Normas ISO 9000, ISO 14000, ISO 45000
