casino-focused CRM specialist
who knows how to manage player journeys, campaigns and promotions for
slots, live casino and jackpots
.

This role is
100% casino
. Sports is handled by our HQ team.

What we're looking for


• Proven experience in casino operations (online or land-based): slots, live casino, jackpots, loyalty or promotions.


• Hands-on experience with Playtech IMS or similar casino platforms (EveryMatrix, Optimove, BetConstruct, NetEnt, SBTech, etc.).


• Strong understanding of casino studios and products (Playtech, Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, etc.).


• Experience executing player lifecycle campaigns, segmentation, bonuses, tournaments and promotional mechanics.


• Comfortable spoken English for regular video calls with international teams.


• Analytical, organized and proactive profile, able to work closely with both the Mexico team and our European colleagues.

What you'll do


• Execute and optimize casino lifecycle campaigns and promotions.


• Manage segmentation, journeys and bonus configurations.


• Monitor performance, analyze results and propose improvements.


• Support retention, reactivation and VIP strategies.


• Collaborate with CRM, marketing and creative teams locally and internationally.

Location

CDMX – Insurgentes Sur (Parque Hundido).

On-site role.
