10bet is an international online casino brand with more than 20 years in the European market and operations across 10+ countries. Our team in Mexico is growing, and we are looking for someone who understands how to manage player journeys, campaigns and promotions specifically for casino products such as slots, live casino and jackpots.

What we are looking for:


• Experience working in casino operations: online or land-based (slots, live casino, jackpots, loyalty or promotions).


• Hands-on experience with Playtech IMS or similar back-office systems (EveryMatrix, Optimove, BetConstruct, SBTech, NetEnt, etc.).


• Strong understanding of casino studios and products (Pragmatic Play, Playtech, Evolution, NetEnt, Play'n GO, etc.).


• Ability to execute player lifecycle campaigns, segment audiences and manage bonuses and promotions.


• Comfortable speaking English in professional video calls with international teams.


• Someone analytical, organized and collaborative, ready to work closely with both the local Mexico team and our colleagues in Europe.

What you will do:


• Execute casino lifecycle campaigns and promotions.


• Manage segmentation, journeys and bonus configurations.


• Track performance, provide insights and suggest improvements.


• Support retention and reactivation strategies.


• Work with our CRM, marketing and creative teams locally and internationally.

Location

CDMX (Insurgentes Sur, Parque Hundido).
