Realizar los mantenimientos correctivos y preventivos de forma efectiva a los equipos de la Planta, para

minimizar los tiempos muertos y contribuir a la continuidad de los procesos de producción y al desarrollo de las

funciones administrativas.

About The Role

  • Realiza inspecciones y mantenimiento periódicos de la maquinaria y los equipos para garantizar su funcionamiento óptimo.
  • Resuelve problemas mecánicos y diagnostica averías en la maquinaria y los sistemas relacionados.
  • Repara o sustituye piezas y equipos desgastados o defectuosos.

What You Will Do

  • Ejecuta el mantenimiento correctivo para cumplimiento del programa y contribuir a la disponibilidad de los equipos.
  • Lee e interpreta planos de ingeniería y manuales técnicos.
  • Ajusta piezas y componentes mecánicos, así como ensambles y sub-ensambles.
  • Recibe y solicita refacciones necesarias para los mantenimientos.
  • Detecta posibles fallas en equipos, para integrarlas en el programa de mantenimiento preventivo.
  • Analiza el comportamiento de los equipos y sus componentes.
  • Realiza y cierra ordenes de trabajo en SAP.
  • Detecta variaciones en los equipos, vibraciones, etc., y su posible causa.
  • Revisa y corrige los equipos mecánicos.
  • Participar en las actividades correspondientes a la implementación de sistemas de mejora continua: TPM, BPM´s, DOM, ISO

Who You Are

  • Estudios técnicos en máquinas y herramientas, mecánica,
  • mecatrónica, ingeniería industrial o carrera afín.
    • de 2 años de experiencia en manufactura, mantenimiento mecánico industrial o afín.
  • Conocimiento en SAP
  • Paquetería Office básico
  • Conocimiento en TPM (Deseable)
  • Conocimiento intermedio en electricidad y maquinaria eléctrica
  • Experiencia en soldadura, ajuste de piezas y conversiones mecánicas.
  • Interpretación de planos mecánicos y eléctricos
