Descripción del Puesto
El analista de operaciones será responsable de coordinar y gestionar las reservas de transporte para garantizar una ejecución eficiente, oportuna y rentable de los envíos. Este rol apoya las operaciones diarias de 4PL, actuando como enlace clave entre transportistas, proveedores y equipos internos para asegurar los niveles de servicio para nuestros clientes.
Responsabilidades de trabajo
- Asegurar la entrada precisa y oportuna de la información en los sistemas logísticos.
- Monitorear el estado de los envíos y comunicar proactivamente actualizaciones a cliente y partes interesadas.
- Colaborar con transportistas y proveedores para resolver problemas, retrasos o discrepancias relacionados con las reservas.
- Verificar los requisitos de documentación (BOL, facturas, documentos aduaneros, etc.) para garantizar el cumplimiento.
- Apoyar actividades de reporte, incluyendo desempeño de envíos, seguimiento de costos y KPIs.
- Brindar soporte operativo durante las fases de inicio y escalamiento del nuevo contrato 4PL.
- Mantener relaciones laborales sólidas con transportistas, proveedores y equipos internos para apoyar operaciones logísticas fluidas.
Calificaciones y Habilidades
- Título universitario en Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Cadena de Suministro, ingeniería Industrial o campo relacionado (preferido).
- Mínimo de 1–2 años de experiencia en logística, transporte de carga u operaciones de cadena de suministro.
- Dominio de MS Office y plataformas logísticas (experiencia en TMS/WMS es una ventaja).
- Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
- Atención al detalle, con capacidad para trabajar bajo presión y cumplir con plazos ajustados.
- Dominio del inglés (avanzado preferido)
