Team Overview:

The Mid Platform HRBP team is responsible for supporting various mid platform teams, including Marketing, Performance Marketing, External Affairs, Customer Experience, Safety & Security, and more. The role will be based in Mexico City, serving as the key representative for the team in Mexico.

Role Responsibilities:

As the main HRBP for a couple of mid platform teams within the bigger team, the role will manage employee populations of up to 150, covering all employee life cycle matters.

Role Qualifications:

  • Around 8-12 years of experience.
  • Have diverse & well rounded HR experience including at least three of the following: organization development, talent development/leadership, compensation and benefit, operations, talent acquisition.
  • First tier of Global company/high tech/internet company experience is preferred.

Competence:

  • Strategic thinking & structured planning. Able to plan HR from holistic and strategic perspective.
  • Good business sense. Able to translate the business needs to organization work.
  • Able to handle stakeholders partnership well.
  • Good people understanding & empathy.
  • Fit into the culture of fast pace & with lots of ambiguities.
  • Able to handle high pressure and changes
