Presales Technical Architect (Contractor) – Mexico City or Monterrey

Mexico City (CDMX) or Monterrey, Mexico – Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced
Presales cum Technical Architect
to support client engagements in the
Retail and eCommerce
space. This role combines
presales consulting
with
technical architecture
, helping design scalable, cloud-based commerce solutions and presenting them to enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with clients to understand business and technical needs.
  • Design
    end-to-end architecture
    across eCommerce, OMS, PIM, ERP, and Cloud systems.
  • Lead
    technical workshops, demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Create
    architecture diagrams, deployment blueprints, and cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure solution feasibility and alignment.
  • Communicate complex technology in clear business terms.

Requirements

  • 10+ years
    in technology consulting, presales, or solution architecture.
  • Strong experience with
    Retail/eCommerce
    platforms and
    Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Knowledge of
    ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), OMS, PIM, and API integrations.
  • Excellent presentation and client-facing skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Based in
    CDMX or Monterrey
    with flexibility to travel.
