Job Posting

  • Accountable for developing, proposing, overseeing, and implementing the business strategy for multiple soft and hardline categories including Apparel/Accessories/Footwear/Home and Personal Care.
  • Develops strategies and business plans by brand and category.
  • Responsible for new business and revenue growth opportunities with existing licensees.
  • Researches and understands competitive landscape, analyzes market trends, consumer trends, and retailer/industry needs.
  • Develop and implement product strategies, merchandise, and marketing plans to ensure that sales are maximized.
  • Partner with regional sales and brand in assortment/retail planning and sales pitches.
  • Manage licensee portfolio – contract negotiation, data analysis, product assortment approvals, as well as the day-to-day relationship with licensees.
  • Some day-to-day administrative duties including coordination of Licensing summits.

Requirements

  • Excellent Oral and written skills – English Language B2/C1
  • Highly detail oriented, excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, design o related areas.
  • Excellent MS Excel/PowerPoint skills
  • 2 years' Licensing experience for a national brand or relevant Licensing Agency experience. Retail and/or wholesale experience is helpful as well.
  • USA VISA, travel availability
