About the Role

We are looking for an
Overseas Executive
with a strong international mindset and passion for global logistics. This role is focused on
prospecting new overseas partners
, strengthening Lozen's global presence, and
positioning Mexico as a strategic logistics hub
within international trade lanes.

You will play a key role in expanding our international network, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with agents and partners around the world.


Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect and develop new overseas agents and international business opportunities.
  • Promote Mexico as a strategic origin and destination for air, ocean, and ground logistics solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with international agents, airlines, shipping lines, and service providers.
  • Negotiate rates, capacities, and service conditions to support sustainable business growth.
  • Act as the main point of contact for international partners supporting shipments to and from Mexico.
  • Provide post-quote and post-shipment follow-up to ensure service continuity and partner satisfaction.
  • Participate in international conferences, agent meetings, and global networking events.
  • Availability to collaborate across time zones and provide support outside standard business hours when needed.


Profile & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum
    2 years of experience in Overseas, International Sales, or Business Development
    .
  • Previous exposure to
    Pricing or International Freight Forwarding
    is highly valued.
  • Advanced English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
  • Valid passport and availability to travel internationally when required.
