About the Job

This role will lead the company's global communication strategy across the U.S., Mexico, Europe, and Africa. This senior leader will shape the company narrative, strengthen our employer brand, and ensure consistent, impactful messaging that supports the company's mission, business goals, and reputation
.

Main Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadershi
    p: Develop and execute RAC's global communications strategy in alignment with business goals. Partner with executive leadership to deliver clear, consistent messaging internally and externally.
  • Executive Communication
    s: Support the CEO, Executive Chairman, and senior leaders with key messaging, presentations, and thought leadership opportunities.
  • Team Managemen
    t: Lead and mentor a global team of communications professionals, ensuring alignment, efficiency, and creativity across all regions.
  • Media & Public Relation
    s: Serve as RAC's primary media contact, managing PR agencies and relationships with journalists, industry groups, and government stakeholders.
  • Brand & Reputatio
    n: Strengthen RAC's employer brand, manage reputation risks, and lead proactive and crisis communications globally.
  • Digital & Social Medi
    a: Oversee all social media channels, corporate websites, and internal platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement.
  • Community Engagemen
    t: Foster partnerships with external stakeholders, industry leaders, and community organizations to advance RAC's position as an industry leader.

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related fi
    eld require
    d; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum
    10 years of experie
    nce in corporate communications, includi
    ng 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Proven experience leading global campaigns, managing PR agencies, and supporting senior executives.
  • Bilingual
    in English & Spanish (85–95% fluency).
  • Expertise in strategic storytelling, crisis management, and media relations.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Background in the agricultural or industrial sector is a plus.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% domestically and internationally.
