Acerca del Puesto: Director Trade Strategy & Development

Liderar al equipo Trade Marketing para traducir la visión y estrategia de las marcas a estrategia de canales logrando el desarrollo y crecimiento de los productos Conagra en los diferentes ambientes de compra.

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseño de la estrategia de canales para la plataforma que aseguren la entrega de resultados del plan anual a través de:
  • Consolidación de la definición e insights de ambientes de compra y sus generadores de crecimiento.
  • Definición de la estrategia de Perfect store: portafolio, colaboración con Catman para la exhibición primaria y la estrategia de exhibición secundaria con base en el conocimiento profundo de los comportamientos de compra.
  • Asegurar las propuestas de experiencia de compra excepcional para el shopper a través de physical and mental availability.
  • Definición del modelo de inversión y planes comerciales por marca para las diferentes rutas de mercado provocando la mejor ecuación de ventas-rentabilidad.
  • Implementación de la estrategia de precios definida por marketing a través del diseño de espigas por rutas de mercado para ejecución a nivel ambiente de compra.

Experiencia:

  • Experiencia previa en ventas a nivel gerencial senior en canal moderno y tradicional, asi como experiencia previa en roles de trade marketing y direccion.
