In this role, you will be a key player in identifying and attracting the top talent essential to drive the future of Google in Latin America. Your work will directly support the growth and success of the Software Engineering team, enabling them to continue leading innovation in their respective product areas.
As a Sourcer, you will be responsible for proactively finding and engaging with exceptional candidates for a variety of Software Engineering roles. You will collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the specific needs of each role and develop targeted sourcing strategies to build a representative talent pool, helping build various teams.

- Identify and engage representative talent by utilizing sourcing expertise for a variety of roles within Mexico, with a focus on executive level Software Engineers.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop sourcing strategies.
- Build relationships with potential candidates, creating a positive experience that reflects Google's culture and values.
- Monitor market trends, industry developments, and landscapes to ensure sourcing strategies remain effective.
