Logistics Coordinator

**Encargado de la logística operativa en los Puertos de Veracruz, Tuxpan, Coatzacoalcos y Altamira; logística operativa de buques de Fertilizante y su embarque terrestre, logística operativa de las bodegas de Sinaloa, coordinando, dando seguimiento, programación y cumplimiento administrativo; comunicación y negociación para la eficiente operación en todas y cada una de las localidades referidas.

  • Operación Puertos:

1.1 Coordinación, seguimiento, programación y cumplimiento de cargas en Veracruz, Tuxpan, Coatza y Altamira.

1.2 Elaboración de reportes de cumplimiento vs programado

1.3 Solicitud de unidades/FF.CC. para cumplimiento de programa

1.4 Comunicación con personal operativo en puertos

1.5 Comunicación con clientes Status de carga/programas

1.6 Coordinación con Finanzas para liberación de órdenes de embarque

  • Operación Fertilizante:

2.1 Importación buque de fertilizante:

2.1.1 Coordinación con terminales para programación de descarga (tarifas, pagos, cotizaciones)

2.1.2 Seguimiento de reportes de descarga diario

2.1.3 Coordinación con agente naviero para todos los temas operativos (atraques, fallas mecánicas, muelle, etc.)

2.2 Negociación de tarifas fletes terrestres (unidades de autotransporte: jaulas, planas, burreos).

  • Operación Sinaloa:

3.1 Mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos equipos: Quila, La Cruz, Abuya.

3.2 Programación gente, turnos, posiciones de trabajo.

3.3 Eficiencias, mejora continuas procesos.

3.4 Negociación de tarifas fletes terrestres (unidades de autotransporte: jaulas, planas) y FF.CC.

3.5 Elaboración de reportes de cumplimiento de carga (cribado / granel).

3.6 Proceso de cribado / secado.

3.7 Operación de exportación WC (logística de bodegas a terminal-buque)

Educación superior Ingenieria Industrial, Negocios/Comercio Internacional o afín

Experiencia en el área de logística mínimo de 3 años

Inglés Avanzado
