Objetivo
Gestionar de manera eficiente los datos de la función de People (RH) a nivel nacional mediante su recolección, limpieza y organización, para facilitar el análisis de KPI's, la elaboración de indicadores periódicos y el soporte a equipos locales, impulsando además la creación de metodologías cuantitativas para una mejor toma de decisiones basada en datos.

Requisitos

  • Inglés Intermedio-Avanzado
  • Power BI Intermedio-Avanzado
  • Lenguaje de Programación
  • Excel Avanzado
  • Conocimiento con Indicadores
  • Manejo de KPI´s
  • Conocimientos de Estadistica Intermedia

Actividades

  • Recolección, Limpieza y Organización de la data generada por la función de People(RH) a nivel nacional.
  • Análisis e interpretación de KPI´s.
  • Calcúlo y presentación de indicadores semanales, quincenales y mensuales de la función People(RH).
  • Soporte a RH´s locales en temas de indicadores o data.Creación de nuevas metolodogias (cuantitativas) de manejo de la información de RH.
