- Coordinate with Project Managers to assign daily work orders and timelines.
- Conduct regular check-in calls with field crews.
- Clearly communicate job details and expectations to field staff.
- Send follow-up communications via email.
- Ensure all interactions and updates are documented in the system.
- Monitor time and attendance for field crews using specialized software.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service roles (Phone agent, Call center / Bilingual)
- Experience with US-based companies, preferred.
- Positive Attitude, Good phone voice and etiquette
- Excellent communication skills (Advanced English level)
- Great computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
- Good aptitude in learning new tools and software
- Organized and Detail Oriented
- Problem Solver, troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage personal relationships with clients and vendors
- Ability to work 40 hours a week following US time zone.
