**Customer Service Representative Job Description**
**Who We Are**:
Brickon is a short-term rentals company, aiming to become the biggest and beloved brand of high hospitality in México, Latam and the world.
**About the Role**:
We are looking for an ambitious Customer Service Representative that can provide our clients and guests with the most professional and personal service possible regarding the operation for guest reservations and client relationship management for our customers.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
- Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
- Opens customer accounts by recording account information.
- Maintains customer records by updating account information.
- Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
- Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
**Customer Service Representative Requirements**:
- Working experience in customer service or sales
- Knowledge of the best practices and procedures for customer service, hospitality management, hotel operations
- Hands on experience with MS Office and relevant software (e.g. Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO)
- Excellent communication, leadership, relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
- Resolving conflict & Quality focus
- Bilingual (Spanish - English)
