Customer Success Manager (Fluent Engish or Advanced Proficiency)
- Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process for new Outbound Contact customers.
- Preparing and executing customer training using Outbound Contact best practices.
- Monitoring the Outbound Contact support queues.
- Setting up and managing client campaigns for managed clients.
- Ensuring great client experience for all customers - managed and self managed clients.
- Identifying new business opportunities for existing customers.
- Continuously improving customer experience and providing feedback to management.
Key Requirements
- You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of customer service and support.
- You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM's (i.e.. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho CRM).
- You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding account management goals.
- You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
- You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
