Customer Success Manager (Fluent Engish or Advanced Proficiency)

  • Leading and coordinating customer onboarding process for new Outbound Contact customers.
  • Preparing and executing customer training using Outbound Contact best practices.
  • Monitoring the Outbound Contact support queues.
  • Setting up and managing client campaigns for managed clients.
  • Ensuring great client experience for all customers - managed and self managed clients.
  • Identifying new business opportunities for existing customers.
  • Continuously improving customer experience and providing feedback to management.

Key Requirements

  • You have prior experience in a similar role with a solid track record of customer service and support.
  • You are comfortable using marketing automation platforms and CRM's (i.e.. Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho CRM).
  • You have a proven track record in building good client relationships and meeting/exceeding account management goals.
  • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
  • You are results-driven, tenacious, and a strong team player.
