We are looking for a Lead Data Integration Developer to oversee the transition of ETL workflows from Informatica to AWS Glue using PySpark.

Responsibilities

  • Design ETL workflows and manage the migration from on-premises Informatica to AWS Glue
  • Create PySpark scripts for data transformation and processing tasks

  • Work closely with infrastructure and data teams to ensure smooth migration and integration
  • Enhance ETL pipeline performance and cost-effectiveness using AWS Glue and PySpark
  • Implement AWS Well-Architected Framework principles emphasizing reliability, security, and cost control
  • Resolve migration challenges to maintain data accuracy and system stability
  • Prepare comprehensive documentation for migration processes, data flow, and operational guidelines

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience migrating ETL workflows from on-premises to AWS cloud environments
  • Advanced skills in AWS Glue, PySpark, and Informatica
  • Deep understanding of cloud infrastructure, security practices, and automation
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and optimizing ETL pipelines on AWS
  • Familiarity with AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud-native operational standards
  • Strong collaboration skills working with cross-functional teams
  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2) for effective communication with clients
