RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop master data rules, procedures, and governance to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Implement and configure the data model within MDM, aligning with the logical models defined by analysts and data governance teams
- Drive data conversion and the initial load of data in MDM according to the strategy outlined by the data governance team's profiling
- Share your expertise and knowledge with other team members, promoting a collaborative and learning-oriented environment
- Guide the design and implementation of features, services, and prototypes, leveraging your architectural experience
- Streamline the delivery of solutions to the business, ensuring efficiency and excellence in project execution

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Proven experience as a Tibco EBX Developer with a solid understanding of the platform's capabilities
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with Spring Batch, showcasing your expertise in batch processing
- Demonstrated ability to comprehend existing architecture and workflows swiftly, allowing you to effectively lead teams working on multiple platforms
- Strong proficiency in developing master data rules, procedures, and governance, ensuring data quality and compliance
- Previous experience in implementing and configuring complex data models within MDM systems
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling you to share knowledge and guide team members effectively
- Proven track record of designing and implementing features, services, and prototypes
- Ability to deliver solutions efficiently, meeting business needs and requirements
