Role definition:

Responsible for providing leadership and oversight to ensure the distribution center meets its operational goals, including budget adherence and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Make operational decisions under management guidance to enhance service levels and reduce costs.

  • Supervise and inspire distribution center staff through coaching, training, clear communication of expectations, and recognition of outstanding performance.

  • Foster a positive and productive work environment.

  • Implement standards for productivity, quality, and service; identify and resolve issues; contribute performance insights to strategic planning.

  • Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and repaired as needed.

  • Comply with safety regulations and procedures.

Required education:

  • Completed degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

  • Intermediate/Advanced English

Warehouse Operations

  • Maintains equipment and facilities.

  • Supports automation initiatives.

  • Translates business needs into system specifications.

Additional Information:

  • This position will be located in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León.

  • Work schedule is Monday through Saturday.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts

  • Relocation is not offered.
