As a family-owned company, our commitments to our people, products, customers, and corporate values, are all part of our recipe for success.- **Objetivo**:Salvaguardar la vida de los activos de la compañía, asegurando se aprovechen al maximo durante su vida útil.- **Funciones**:- Asegurar la continuidad del proceso productivo anteponiendo siempre la seguridad de su equipo de trabajo de los productos y de los activos de la compañía.- Generar, actualizar y asegurar el cumplimiento al sistema de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.- Responsable de buscar y promover la eficiencia en consumo de energéticos- Participar activamente en las disposiciones de cumplimiento legal (Ecología / STPS / Nom / Etc) relacionados a los equipos de los procesos productivos.- Administrar de manera responsable el presupuesto de las cuentas de mantenimiento cumpliendo siempre los montos asignados.- Detectar las necesidades de capacitación del personal a cargo y asignar recursos, a fin de desarrollar las habilidades para convertirse en un equipo de alto desempeño.- Participar activamente en la disminucion de los riesgos de trabajo hacia el personal y/o el producto.- Cumplir con los indicadores principales de mtto y negocio y detonar la mejora continua de los mismos.- Ejecutar el mantenimiento correctivo con sentido de urgencia.- Generar proyectos de productividad- Cumplimiento a Auditorias**Escolaridad**:- Ing. Mecánico Electricista, Mecánico Administrador o afín.**Experiência**:Experiência en Mantenimiento Preventivo y Correctivo a Equipos**Experiência en Industria Alimenticia (indispensable)****Conocimientos**- TPM- SAP- Conociminetos de Programacion Basicos- PLC- MP10**Idiomas**:- Ingles (Intermedio - Avanzado)**Skills**:- Manejo de personal- Liderago- Trabajo en equipo- Comunicacion- Toma de desicionAn Equal Opportunity Employer.
