Job Summary

Para apoyar a nuestros extraordinarios equipos que construyen grandiosos productos y contribuyen a nuestro crecimiento, estamos buscando un Supervisor de Almacén ubicado en Guadalajara, Norte.

Reportando al Production Planning Manager el rol del Supervisor de Almacén se encargará de supervisar al personal para el recibo, almacenaje y surtido de materiales a la línea de producción; así como también, el que se cumpla con los procedimientos de cada una de estas áreas y por último el buen uso de las herramientas de trabajo.

Cómo luce un típico día de trabajo:

  • Mantener Control de inventario en Almacén.
  • Movimientos de materiales entre almacenes externos.
  • Recepción y surtido de material.
  • Control de personal.
  • Seguimiento a las instrucciones de embarques.
  • Seguimiento a recibo de materiales, almacenaje, surtido.
  • Asignación de tareas, seguimiento a los métricos del día.
  • Atención y seguimiento a requerimientos del cliente.

La experiencia que buscamos añadir a nuestro equipo:

  • Ingeniería o licenciatura concluida.
  • Experiencia en la posición o puesto similar.
  • Experiencia en manejo de inventarios.
  • Experiencia en área de recepción, surtido de material.
  • Excel Avanzado.
  • Experiencia en gestión de personal.
  • Conocimiento de manejo y control de inventarios, Kanban system, pull system, kiteo, full reel, entrega por goteo, supermercado y recibo.
  • Manejo de inventario por FIFO.
  • Ingles básico- intermedio.
  • Manejo de paquete office.
  • Conocimientos en Baan Y Flexflow.
  • Disponibilidad turno 3.
