A startup that is pioneering in the digital out-of-home (DOOH) industry is looking to hire a Commercial Director (Ad Sales) to join their team. Here are the highlights for this position:

The Opportunity:

  • The company is the first Commute Entertainment platform in LATAM. They are improving the commute experience by transforming the backseat of vehicles into personal entertainment hubs, with outstanding content experiences on the move.
  • As the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for the sales strategy of the company, as well as leading and developing the commercial team.

What we are looking for:

  • 5+ years of experience selling programmatic and IO-based campaigns, working closely with media agency groups and/or direct advertisers (must-have).
  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience.
  • Great communicator, negotiator and creative problem solver.
  • Well connected in the Latin American media environment.
  • Present ability to manage large pipelines, self-motivation with the skills to manage a team of sales professionals.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field. MBA or similar post-graduate studies desired.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
