Job Description

This role involves the development and application of engineering practice and knowledge in the following technologies: Design of mechanical systems, devices, equipment and machines; installing and maintaining mechanically functioning equipment; simulating a wide range of interactions and evaluate performance in real world scenarios; and develop prototype for manufacturability, testing and validation.

Focus on Mechanical and Physical Engineering. Entry level graduate with limited commercial and technical work experience. Build skills and expertise in a chosen Engineering Discipline. Works to instructions and directions and delivers reliable results. Keen to understand client's business and needs. Solves routine problems. Organises own time with a short time horizon.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Lead root cause analysis for product and process quality issues using structured problem‑solving methods.
  • Define and implement corrective actions that are cost‑effective and permanent, and verify their effectiveness.
  • Manage engineering changes with cross‑functional teams to ensure timely, robust implementation.
  • Drive product validation and testing to confirm robustness before full rollout.
  • Represent Voice of the Customer across teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace or related).
  • Strong problem‑solving toolkit: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Kepner‑Tregoe, Shainin, DOE experience.
  • Data analysis and reporting: ability to synthesize metrics into clear actions and communicate to all levels.
  • Change and project management skills with multi‑project prioritization in lean environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills without direct authority.
