Join Capgemini Engineering to drive product excellence and cross functional quality improvements within an automotive program. We're seeking a proactive, data driven professional with junior experience in Quality who loves solving tough problems and delivering results that delight customers.
YOUR ROLE:
As Junior PMO Quality Engineer, you will be involved in the following activites:
• Perform root cause analysis for product and process quality issues using structured problem solving methods.
• Define and implement corrective actions that are cost effective and permanent, and verify their effectiveness.
• Manage engineering changes with cross functional teams to ensure timely, robust implementation.
• Drive product validation and testing to confirm robustness before full rollout.
• Represent Voice of the Customer across teams and provide concise updates to stakeholders and leadership.
YOUR PROFILE:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Chemical, Aerospace or related).
• years' experience in Automotive field performing Quality activities.
• You must be able to work on-site (Saltillo automotive plant).
• You must have knowledge of the following:
o Problem solving toolkit: 5 Whys, Ishikawa, Kepner Tregoe, Shainin, DOE experience.
o Data analysis and reporting: ability to synthesize metrics into clear actions and communicate to all levels.
o Change and project management skills with multi project prioritization in lean environments.
o Excellent stakeholder influence and communication skills without direct authority.
