RESUMEN:

Responsables de administrar y/ o realizar trabajos especializados así como dirigir trabajos de técnicos, para el mantenimiento, reparación de sistemas, instalaciones, edificios y equipos.

DEBERES Y RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES:

  • Instalación, reparación, mantenimiento, desmontaje y movimiento de equipos industriales grandes y/o complejos.
  • Servicio y reparación de equipos y tener sus refacciones.
  • Realizar mantenimiento preventivo y reparaciones de equipos y sistemas (ejemplo: mecánicos, eléctricos).
  • Evaluar y recomendar mejoras en los equipos para mejorar la disponibilidad, la capacidad y el rendimiento.
  • Realizar análisis de fallas de equipos (incluido mantenimiento preventivo y no programado).
  • Solución de problemas y diagnóstico de problemas en los equipos.
  • Elaboración de informes técnicos para documentar modificaciones de equipos y procedimientos de mantenimiento de equipos.

Disponibilidad para atender emergencias fuera de sus horarios laborales.

Rolar turnos de acuerdo con las necesidades.

HABILIDADES Y EXPERENCIA:

  • Experiencia en Mantenimiento industrial.
  • Experiencia en Manejo de personal Técnico.
  • Elaboración de propuestas técnicas comerciales para trabajos de ingeniería.
  • Experiencia en software Autocad.
  • Experiencia en software MS Project.
  • Experiencia en software CAD / CAM.
  • Experiencia en la ejecución de mantenimientos a equipos hidráulicos, neumáticos, edificios, servicios primarios.
  • Dominio de corte y soldadura.
  • Dominio de metrología, ajustes mecánicos, sistemas de transmisión de movimientos y potencia.
  • Conocimientos de automatización PLC´s, sensores, actuadores, cadenas de seguridad, relevadores de seguridad.
  • Conocimientos de neumático nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimiento de hidráulica nivel intermedio.
  • Conocimiento de equipos de peso, básculas, celdas de carga, indicadores de peso, calibración de básculas.
  • Conocimientos de lubricación y sistemas de lubricación automáticos
  • Conocimiento del funcionamiento de colectores polvo.
  • Conocimiento en lectura de planos eléctricos de control.
  • En actividades de ajustes ensambles preventivos y predictivos utilizar las herramientas adecuadas para cada sistema (Vernier, calibrador de bandas, Prensas hidráulicas para montaje de rodamientos, uso de extractores de rodamientos, torquímetros).
  • Realización, revisión constante e implementación de procedimientos de bloqueo y candadeo.
  • Trabajo en equipo, supervisar a contratistas y proveedores externos.
  • Manejo Intermedio de office.
  • Manejo de Software ERP SAP, transacciones de Mantenimiento, Control de Gastos, y requisiciones.
  • Manejo de equipos multifuncionales.
