Overview
Buscamos a un/a Associado que de soporte integral de Tecnologías de Información a las agencias de Publicis Groupe y Re:Sources Mexico, asegurando altos niveles de satisfacción del cliente mediante un servicio oportuno, proactivo y de calidad en sitio.
Responsibilities
Soporte técnico y atención al usuario
- Resolver solicitudes o incidencias recibidas por teléfono, correo electrónico, chat y en persona relacionadas con hardware, software, redes y otras tecnologías.
- Mantener informados a los usuarios sobre el estado y la solución estimada de cada incidencia registrada en ServiceNow.
- Asesorar a los usuarios sobre el uso adecuado de computadoras y aplicaciones utilizadas por la agencia.
Gestión de equipos y activos de TI
- Apoyar la instalación y configuración de computadoras personales, software y equipos para nuevos ingresos.
- Realizar el control e inventario de hardware, equipos y accesorios, manteniendo seguimiento de los activos tecnológicos.
- Enviar reportes mensuales de inventario y activos tecnológicos a la agencia.
Compras y relación con proveedores
- Guiar a los usuarios en la adquisición de equipos de acuerdo con las normas corporativas.
- Realizar compras de equipo tecnológico previamente aprobadas.
- Servir como punto de contacto con proveedores para la compra de equipos de cómputo.
- Coordinar con proveedores la reparación de fallas en servidores, enlaces de internet, telefonía e impresiones.
Gestión de accesos y bajas de usuarios
- Atender los requerimientos de baja de usuarios que salen de la organización.
- Realizar el respaldo de la información de los equipos antes de su limpieza y reasignación.
- Otras responsabilidades
- Ejecutar cualquier otra tarea, responsabilidad o servicio asignado por el jefe inmediato.
Qualifications
- Soporte de infraestructura de hardware y software.
- Sistemas operativos Windows y macOS.
- Herramientas de gestión de tickets.
- Conocimientos básicos en servidores (deseable).
