This role is ideal for someone with a background in Indirect
Procurement
, with a strong focus on
Software and Professional Services
, who also understands the broader
corporate procurement ecosystem and administrative processes
.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and execute
    tactical/Strategy Indirect procurement activities
    for Hardware, Software, and IT Professional Services.
  • Manage
    end-to-end procurement processes
    , including RFI, RFP, and RFQ, as well as qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Negotiate complex Profesional Services contracts in alignment with internal policies and business objectives.
  • Conduct
    spend analysis, benchmarking, and market analysis
    to drive cost optimization.
  • Manage supplier performance and ensure compliance with SLAs.
  • Work closely with
    US-based teams
    and global stakeholders (daily interaction in English).
  • Support procurement administrative initiatives and collaborate with
    other indirect (non-IT) categories
    when applicable.
  • Drive
    cost optimization and working capital initiatives
    .

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience
    in GlobalCategory Management / Tactical Procurement./Strategy Procurement
  • MUST:
    Recent and proven experience in IT purchasing (most recent role must be IT-focused).
  • Experience managing
    Software, Hardware, and IT Professional Services
    categories.
  • Highly analytical profile with strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced English (C1)
    – required (daily interaction with US-based teams).
  • Ability to work effectively in
    global, fast-paced, process-driven environments
    .
  • An
    administrative procurement background
    will be highly valued.
