Your Job
The HR Generalist position will work in a shared office environment. The main objective of this position is to connect with our employees and business leaders from an HR perspective, to help our organization to create value and to achieve our vision to help people improve their lives.

Our Team
Our team is responsible for providing timely coaching and feedback to our business leaders in specialized HR policies and procedures while ensuring our employees are living by our culture and values. We are a strong business ally to our organization by providing labor law knowledge, strong alignment to our Principled Based Management and specialized HR experience.

What You Will Do

  • HR program advocacy (e.g., communicating the business value of HR initiatives, managing HR program roll out to minimize business disruption, etc.).
  • Employee onboarding, termination, and records maintenance.
  • Labor relations and communications.
  • HR related trainings.
  • Consulting and coaching: Working with business leaders to solve significant people and cultural issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, termination, performance management, rewards, etc.
  • Enabling business change (e.g., supporting the talent aspects of organization structure changes, talent integration, etc.).
  • Partnering with the business on managing, developing and retaining contribution motivated employees.
