With locations in India, Mexico, Poland and the United States, our employees have the opportunity to make a global impact.**What You Will Do**- Serve as a **Training Analyst/Learning Coordinator** by maintaining and updating employee files, including labor contracts and required documents with hard signatures.- Oversee the **management of internal HR committees**, ensuring they operate efficiently and meet organizational requirements.- Act as the **Point of Contact for severance and resignation processes**, including guiding employees through necessary steps and obtaining severance calculations for involuntary terminations.- Serve as the HRBP for a small group of leaders, providing guidance and support on strategic HR practices to develop expertise and align with organizational goals.- Assist employees in understanding their benefits, providing support in the absence of a dedicated benefits team.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**- Experience with onboarding, training coordination, and employee relations is a plus.- Professional experience problem solving complex customer inquiries.- Fluency in English and Spanish.- Collaborative and able to build strong working relationships across teams.**What Will Put You Ahead**- 2-3 years of experience in an HR generalist or coordinator role.- Familiarity with Mexican labor laws and compliance requirements.Who We AreAs a Koch company, Koch Global Services (KGS) creates solutions spanning technology, human resources, finance, project management and anything else our businesses need.
