Role Overview

We are looking for an Email Marketing Specialist who is creative, detail-oriented, and driven by results. This role will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing Email and SMS marketing campaigns that boost engagement, conversions, and customer retention.

You will work closely with the marketing team and collaborate with our designer to ensure that all emails are visually appealing, mobile-responsive, and aligned with the brand. You will also be in charge of monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing campaign performance to continuously improve effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage, and maintain the Email & SMS marketing calendar.
  • Write engaging copy in English aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate with the designer to ensure emails are visually compelling, responsive, and accessible across devices and email clients.
  • Set up campaigns, flows/automations, and audience segmentation in the assigned platform.
  • Track and analyze KPIs (open rate, CTR, CVR, unsubscribe rate, etc.) and provide performance reports.
  • Propose ongoing optimizations based on data: A/B testing, segmentation, content improvements, timing, and frequency.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to align campaigns with launches, promotions, and overall marketing strategies.
  • Maintain email deliverability best practices and compliance (spam regulations, GDPR, etc.).

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field.
  • Previous experience creating content for digital channels.
  • Advanced English (writing, reading, and verbal communication).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent collaborative communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to Have

  • Previous hands-on experience in Email Marketing (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar).
  • Familiarity with Figma, Slack, Notion.
  • Basic HTML knowledge for emails.
  • Experience with SMS platforms (Postscript, Attentive, Klaviyo SMS, etc.).
  • Understanding of ecommerce metrics and basic funnel concepts.
  • Experience working with DTC brands or ecommerce companies.
