**Regional Marketing Lead,****Mexico**Besides supporting our customers on a daily basis, we also believe that shaping a more sustainable environment is something we should do. That is why we support Ancient ForestAlliance on its mission to protect endangered old-growth forests and to ensure a sustainable, value-added, second-growth forest industry.**What you will do as the Regional Marketing Lead**- You will be responsible for creating and executing on holistic GTM strategy in close partnership with marketing, product, engineers, and others to coordinate global and local programs.- You will be partnering with our content marketing specialists on a content strategy to deliver value to business users and keep them engaged over time.- You will be partnering with our design specialists to improve visual impact of our communications.- You will track and analyze key metrics like engagament and conversion rates and optimize accordingly.- You will be optimally prioritize requests from stakeholders to ensure you are always working on the most impactful initiatives.**What we are looking for**- 5+ years of marketing experience where you have successfully delivered results driving awareness, acquisition, and retention or relevant B2B marketing experience in a senior/lead position.- Experience in SaaS business or startup-up sectors is preferred.- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, allowing you to successfully influence and communicate clearly through marketing materials.- Ability to lead critical initiatives and build partnerships with local and national level officials, business executives, influencers, and online communities.- Ability to understand the market, competitors, trends and audience.- Deep understanding of driving positive ROI from a well optimized mid-low funnels.- Analytical skills with the ability to turn complex datasets into insights that drive strategies and solutions.- Good understanding of budget management principles and regularly identifying the most cost-effective approaches.- Good understanding of performance marketing tools (eg. Google Ads) and modern social media channels.- Ability to work both collaboratively and autonomously; proven sense of initiative and accountability.- Your own computer and stable internet connection for remote work and communication.- 100% remote work.- Flexible working hours.- Paid time off.- Personal and career growth opportunities.- Please note that the interviews are conducted online.
