Sales Coordinator

Join our team as a Sales Coordinator and play a crucial role in driving our company's success. As part of this remote position, you will be in charge of coordinating projects for Account managers. You will need to have skills in both sales and project management. You will collaborate closely with department leaders in business development, sales, and customer service teams.
Compensation is $1500 USD per month.
Job Requirements:
- Availability to work during PST work hours (8am PST - 5pm PST)
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Project Management, Sales, Cold Calling, Management Consulting. More experience the better.
- Fully remote - ability to work autonomously and with little direction
- Open to learn and take feedback
- Excellent spoken English (writing, speaking, reading, listening)
- Great communication skills and ability to collaborate with a diverse team
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Experience using Excel, Google Sheets
- Strong attention to detail
Work includes but is not limited to:
- Helping to deliver industry leading customer service to accounts
- Effectively communicating project updates to stakeholders through phone calls and emails
- Work closely with BD and Sales teams to reach metrics, improve processes
- Assisting project coordinators with project management tasks
- Ensuring the accuracy and currency of information in our management software
- Identify new ways to build and develop relationships with our accounts
- Drafting professional correspondences and other necessary documentation
