About This Role
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented
Omni Channel Operations Manager
to lead the optimization of our omnichannel initiatives. This role will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience across all touchpoints—online, in-store, mobile, and customer service—by aligning operations, technology, and customer engagement strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Operational Oversight: Manage day to day initiative for customer facing.
  • Define and implement company's Omnichannel strategy.
  • Performance Monitoring: monitor the result of initiatives. Understand what is not working and why.
  • Strong Communication with Sr. Leadership.
  • Coordinate with Marketing to align campaigns, promotions to increase customer engagement.
  • Project Management: Closely work with project manager to assure we are meeting our deliverables.
  • Track and Develop KPIs.
  • Lead cross functional Meetings and workshops.
  • Training- Ensure teams understand how to support the omnichannel.
  • Team collaboration.
  • Project Optimization: Continuously refine workflows.
  • Customer Experience Management - Map and continuously improve the customer journey.
  • Work with IT and product team.
