Position Overview
The
Aftersales Fresh Graduate Analyst
will support and drive the performance of BYD's dealer after-sales operations across Mexico. This role is key to support implementing policies that enhance customer satisfaction, Net Promoter Score (NPS), and dealer profitability. We're looking for a proactive and analytical professional eager to develop within the fast-growing electric vehicle industry.
IMPORTANT: This is an entry level role, aimed to candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience Maximum in the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze dealer after-sales performance, identifying areas for improvement in service quality and profitability.
- Support the implementation of BYD's aftersales standards, policies, and best practices across the dealer network.
- Collaborate with dealerships to improve customer satisfaction and strengthen brand loyalty.
- Prepare performance reports and dashboards using
Excel and Power BI
to support management decisions. - Conduct on-site visits and audits to ensure operational excellence and compliance with BYD's standards.
- Support training and continuous improvement initiatives for dealer after-sales teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in
Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration
. - 1 - 2 years of experience Maximum
in the
automotive industry
in
aftersales
Other industries or higher experience will be not consiedered. - FluentEnglish
proficiency. - Able to travel
nationwide.
