Job Title:
Print Buyer
Reports to:
Print Procurement Manager.
Main Purpose of the Job.
Responsible monitoring understanding customer demand, procurement of products from suppliers, optimization of inventory for titles and promotions including asset management and delivery of supply that ensure print availability and achievement of service level agreements (SLAs).
Main Responsibilities.
§ Determine printing goods needs, negotiates with suppliers seeking the best quality and delivery times.
§ Issue and maintain purchase order requests in the system.
§ Responds to customer support requests and ensures they are resolved quickly, accurately, and professionally.
§ Monitors and manages vendor performance.
§ Assists on budgeting and quoting.
§ Ad Hoc communication and touch base with client for prioritization and issue resolution.
§ Maintains communication with vendor and receiving for arrivals to give visibility of priorities.
§ Resolves issues related to inventory, pricing, invoicing, dry good deliveries, and client complaints.
§ Inventory Management
§ Ensures Digital Asset Management workflow is followed properly for easy retrieval of documented files.
§ Keeps track of title re-orders and places additional procurement orders for vendors and provides adequate follow up.
§ Will strategically plan to look for cost optimization, waste reduction and maximizing efficiency of the business processes.
§ Will interact with key stakeholders across the business, adopting a collaborative approach, driving proactive engagement in all projects.
§ Develop policies and procedures for the procurement and DAM processes.

§ Bachelor's Degree and 1+ years of related experience
§ English (Mandatory - Bilingual)
§ MRP Knowledge, planning and organizing.
§ Excellent level of Microsoft Office Products.
§ Eagerness to understand business to improve operations.
§ Problem solving and decision making.
