The Role

You'll be our payments detective and process guardian, ensuring every transaction flows smoothly while keeping our players' financial experiences secure and seamless.

What you will be doing

  • Review applications thoroughly to catch errors and ensure all required information is complete and accurate
  • Handle redemptions from start to finish, making sure every transaction is processed correctly
  • Manage the full invoice lifecycle—receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling payments
  • Compare system reports against balances and verify entries to maintain financial accuracy
  • Investigate billing discrepancies and provide clear answers to payment-related questions
  • Monitor account activity regularly to spot potential fraud, money laundering, or suspicious patterns

What we are looking for

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot inconsistencies and errors quickly
  • Experience with payment processing, invoice management, or financial operations
  • Analytical mindset with solid investigation and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of fraud detection and anti-money laundering principles
  • Excellent communication skills to handle queries from various departments
  • Comfortable working with financial systems and reconciliation processes

You will need your own office setup with a self-provided laptop or PC, headset, and a reliable internet connection that meets the following requirements:

  • PC: Intel i5 4th Gen (or higher) – self-provided, OS Version: Windows 10 or higher , RAM: Minimum 8 GB, HDD Space: Minimum 1 GB available
  • Internet: Ethernet/hardline connection with a minimum 10Mbps upload & download speed, backup internet provider for reliability
  • Requirement to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
