Job Description
The Manager Technology Program & Deployment Services is a leadership role responsible for execution of high-impact programs across 29 markets within the Latin America Business Unit representing $6B+ in sales. This role is based in Mexico City and reports to the Sr. Director, Technology who is based in McDonald's Corporation Headquarters in Chicago, IL.
This role ensures planning, execution and deployment of cross-functional programs through standardized technologies, processes and tools.
The role involves collaboration and partnership with various internal and external stakeholder groups such as the Global Restaurant Technology team, Global Infrastructure & Operations team, market teams, and SMEs.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and hands-on practitioner who thrives in program coordination, identifies and mitigates risks, and ensures alignment of stakeholders and teams.
- Program manage and support the deployment and roll out of high-impact technology programs across 29 LATAM markets.
- Ensure effective communication, structured planning, and alignment with stakeholders.
- Manage program timelines, risks, and deliverables with clarity and consistency.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to support the rollout of technology.
- Maintain trust and strong relationships with market teams through full commitment and transparency.
- Support integration testing and understand the technology project lifecycle.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Ensure programs are aligned with business goals and executed with high standards.
- Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, ensuring that technology enhances business performance.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Strong program management skills with the ability to organize, communicate clearly, manage risks, and maintain timelines.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a strong advantage.
- Understands the technology project lifecycle and integration testing.
- Effective communicator who ensures clarity and alignment across teams.
- Experience in retail or QSR tech environments is preferred.
- Familiarity with tools like Jira and Confluence is a plus.
- Committed to building trust and strong relationships across LATAM markets.
- Willing to travel up to 10% of the time for networking, meetings, and tech summits Chicago Headquarter office and Latin America markets.
