**Technology Manager**
We are currently looking for **Technology Manager**, within the **Accounting and Advisory Technology organization**. As a manager, you will make a positive impact on how our clients accomplish their work every day; you will develop talent and collaborate with stakeholders on the multiple backlogs.

**About the Role**

In this opportunity as **Technology Manager**, you will:

- Manage and provide technical support to technical engineering team across multiple initiatives
- Develop new approaches to solve somewhat ambiguous problems identified across the software development lifecycle
- Possibly manage budget for projects, programs or products within area
- Lead multiple cross-functional - project teams
- Ensure engineering teams are effectively executing efficiently, effectively addressing issues that arise
- Provide the team with thought leadership to promote re-use and develop consistent, scalable patterns
- Provide suggestions for handling routine and moderately complex technical problems, escalating issues when appropriate
- Frequently interact with supervisors and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management
- Evaluate new technologies and participate in decision-making, accounting for several factors
- Manage building enhancements within an existing software architecture and occasionally suggest improvements to the architecture.
- Provide suggestions for handling routine and moderately complex technical problems, escalating issues when appropriate.

**About You**

You’re a fit for the role of Technology Manager if your background includes:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of related experience
- Proven analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong organizational skills; ability to manage multiple projects with competing demands for resources, ability to adapt to change, and attention to detail.
- Capability of exercising independent judgment and recognize the critical financial impact to the business.
- Excellent communication skills; verbal and written.
- Proficiency in working in a fast-paced, complex, dynamic, multi-cultural and diverse business environment.
- Ability to interact with various levels of the organization.
- Strong domain-specific knowledge regarding technology capabilities of our products
- Constant communication and coordination with project team, partners, and stakeholders
- Expertise in analysis and optimization of systems capacity, performance, and operational health.
- Understanding and development of solutions to foster data lifecycle management.
- Accountability for the successful execution of technology projects including support and maintenance releases, minor functional releases and major product.
