Resumen del puesto:

Buscamos un Analista Financiero altamente motivado, con experiencia en modelos financieros e inmobiliarios, que apoye la toma de decisiones estratégicas de la organización. La persona será responsable de coordinar, analizar y alinear los modelos financieros, colaborando estrechamente con el equipo de SOFOM y el área comercial para garantizar soluciones efectivas y consistentes. Este puesto ofrece la oportunidad de aprender y desarrollarse en operaciones, supervisando el desempeño de los procesos y contribuyendo a la optimización de decisiones estratégicas.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Coordinar y analizar modelos financieros e inmobiliarios para respaldar decisiones estratégicas.
  • Colaborar con el equipo de SOFOM y área comercial para diseñar soluciones financieras integrales.
  • Monitorear operaciones y procesos financieros, asegurando que se tomen decisiones óptimas y oportunas.
  • Garantizar el cumplimiento de aspectos legales básicos relacionados con contratos, estructuras fiduciarias y perfiles financieros.
  • Proponer mejoras en los modelos y procesos financieros existentes.
  • Participar en proyectos que promuevan la responsabilidad social y sostenibilidad de la organización.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en análisis de modelos financieros, preferentemente en el sector inmobiliario.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado (lectura y comunicación).
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.
  • Capacidad analítica y pensamiento crítico para la resolución de problemas financieros complejos.
  • Orientación a resultados, ética profesional y compromiso con la responsabilidad social.
  • Disposición para aprender sobre operaciones y otros procesos relacionados.
  • Conocimientos tecnológicos y manejo de herramientas financieras relevantes.
