¿Qué harás en este rol?

  • Seguimiento, asesoramiento y acompañamiento del cliente en piso en el área de garantías.
  • Realizar la entrega del coche, cerrar servicios logísticos y escanear la documentación al sistema .
  • Conocimiento del mercado de autopartes para diferentes marcas.
  • Conocimientos de mécanica para utilización de herramienta especial y equipo de diagnóstico.
  • Asesoramiento en tema de reparación de autos , servicios menores y mayores.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Experiencia en mecanica y atención a clientes/ventas de 3 años.
  • Conocimiento en diagnósticos y reparación de fallas mecánicas, fallas eléctricas y electrónicas, sistemas de inyección de combustible, aire acondicionado, suspensión y frenos.
  • Deseable experiencia trabajando en talleres mecánicos como técnico automotriz y en mecánica multimarca.
  • Estudios deseables: Mecánica Automotriz.
  • Para laborar de lunes a Sábado de 9:00 am a 6:00 pm
