What do you get to do in this position
 


•    In constant partnership with his/her business leader, proposes efficient HR solutions (costs / time) that are suited to the business challenges and guarantees theapplication of Group HR policies

•    Contribute to the design of organizations (skills, resources, processes) to suit business challenges

•    Coordinates, with the site leader, the resources / business needs within the framework of the organization. (Full-end cycle recruitment and selection

•    Lead the implementation of change management processes

•    Coordinate and guarantee that the HR processes and programs are correctly carried out around the company values, including ethics and compliance

•    Contribute to people development (key talents and individual cases in line with regulations and values

•    Drive Learning and Development initiatives at site level

•    Manage labor relations and legal aspects for the entity

•    Contribute to occupational health

•    Assure the correct payroll process

•    Responsible for the data accuracy and integrity for the site HR Information Systems Interaction
