Estamos buscando un Customer & Quality Support que brinde una excelente atención a nuestros clientes y dé seguimiento puntual a las reparaciones y procesos internos. Esta posición también es responsable de la documentación y control del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad.
Responsabilidades
- Brindar servicio al cliente por teléfono, correo y otros medios.
- Dar seguimiento al estatus de reparaciones y mantener informado al cliente.
- Registrar y actualizar casos en el sistema interno.
- Coordinar con áreas internas (técnicos, almacén, ventas) para obtener información precisa.
- Mantener y actualizar documentos del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (procedimientos, formatos, registros).
- Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas.
- Dar seguimiento a acciones correctivas y de mejora.
Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo
Sueldo: $14, $15,000.00 al mes
