We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable & Month-End Bookkeeping Specialist to join our finance team. This role is critical to managing customer invoicing, collections, financial reporting, and month-end close processes.

What you need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Bookkeeping, or Construction Accounting

  • Advanced English Skills

  • Solid understanding of month-end close processes

  • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills

  • Experience with QuickBooks or Foundation Software (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit customer invoices based on project milestones and billing schedules

  • Track and follow up on receivables, including sending reminders and making collection calls

  • Reconcile bank and cash accounts with bank statements

  • Review and reconcile Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable balances

  • Prepare monthly financial statements: Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement
