We are looking for

Plant Manager Assitant

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Requirements

  • Education: Administration or similar engineering.

  • 2 - 3 years of experience.

  • Advanced English.

  • Living near to Celaya, Gto or around.

Your tasks:

  • Management for hotel books, flights,rental car, executive transfers, management of frequent flyer accounts, upgrades and changes in tickets.

  • Expense management and verification, updating files, reports and records.

  • Attend to special visitors: clients, suppliers, etc. Good communication with Corporate and Clients

  • Purchase and manage office supplies (cafeteria, stationery, and general supplies) to maintain optimal stock levels.

  • Receive invoices and the Supplier Portal.

  • Create and track purchase orders.

  • Organize special events.

  • Manage key performance indicators.
