Job Description SummaryEs responsable de implementar y mantener soluciones de Integración Continua (CI) y Entrega Continua (CD) para apoyar el desarrollo y despliegue eficiente de productos y servicios de Davol Surgical Innovations. Este rol implica la automatización de procesos, la colaboración con equipos de desarrollo y operaciones, y la mejora continua de las prácticas de CI.Job Description

Responsabilidades:

  • Diseñar, implementar y mantener pipelines de CI/CD utilizando herramientas como Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps u otras tecnologías similares.
  • Automatizar procesos de compilación, pruebas (unitarias, integración, etc.), empaquetado y despliegue de software.
  • Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de desarrollo y operaciones para identificar e implementar mejoras en el ciclo de vida del desarrollo de software.
  • Documentar y estandarizar los procesos de CI/CD para asegurar la consistencia y la reproducibilidad.
  • Solucionar problemas relacionados con el proceso de CI/CD y proponer soluciones a largo plazo.
  • Mantenerse al día con las últimas tendencias y tecnologías en CI/CD y DevOps.
  • Participar en la selección y evaluación de nuevas herramientas y tecnologías relacionadas con CI/CD.
  • Gestionar la infraestructura de CI/CD, incluyendo servidores, agentes y otras herramientas.
  • Implementar y mantener estrategias de seguridad dentro de los pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Monitorear el rendimiento de los pipelines de CI/CD y realizar ajustes para optimizar la velocidad y la eficiencia.

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura en Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ciencias de la Computación o campo relacionado.
  • Mínimo de 3 años de experiencia en implementación y gestión de pipelines de CI/CD.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de CI/CD como Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, CircleCI, u otras.
  • Conocimiento sólido de lenguajes de scripting como Python, Bash, o similar.
  • Experiencia con herramientas de control de versiones como Git.
  • Conocimiento de metodologías ágiles como Scrum o Kanban.
  • Experiencia con contenedores (Docker) y orquestación de contenedores (Kubernetes) es un plus.
  • Habilidad para trabajar de forma independiente y en equipo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación oral y escrita.
  • Capacidad para resolver problemas complejos de manera eficiente.
  • Comprensión de las mejores prácticas de seguridad en el desarrollo de software.
