Financial Analyst-Analista FinancieroAbout the team:

What you can look forward to as Financial Analyst:
- Analyze cost information to determine accurate product and service costing.
- Support budget preparation, review proposals, and provide required documentation and justification.
- Prepare variance analyses and explanations for budget performance.
- Review P&L and balance sheet accounts to support operational efficiency and budget achievement.
- Perform GL and Fixed Assets reconciliations, including journal entry creation, calculation, and posting.
- Manage intercompany account balancing and Fixed Assets processes (capitalization and depreciation).
- Lead cost‑improvement and reduction initiatives, and support month‑end close and trial balance submissions.
- Prepare and present financial reporting packages, maintain strong internal controls, update policies/procedures, and communicate cost center performance to other departments.
Your Profile as Financial Analyst:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 2–4 years of experience as a Financial Analyst.
- 85–95% bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Excellent MS Office skills; SAP/QAD experience is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of MX and US GAAP and solid experience with internal control procedures.
- Highly analytical with strong problem‑solving skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Proactive and collaborative team player with strong communication skills.
- Committed to outstanding customer service and continuous improvement.
- Demonstrates high legal and ethical standards in all work.
