Residence Manager

The Residence Manager is responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owner's satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for the efficient management and operation of residential properties, ensuring owners satisfaction, property maintenance, and financial performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for owners, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Facilitate lease agreements, renewals, and terminations.
• Conduct tours with contractors and suppliers, ensure that access is registered, and always accompany external personnel to ensure security.
• Charge the owners' accounts for water purchases or any other requested requirements.
• Verify monthly account statements of the owners, ensuring corrections of errors and questioning utilities depending on visits and consumption.
• Maintain complete and updated documentation related to the residences under your responsibility, such as insurance policies, contracts, and others.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Real Estate, Hotel Management o related field of study is preferred.
• +4 years of proven experience as Residence / Property Manager in the hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of property management principles and practices.
• Excellent financial and accountant acumen with a track record of successfully managing budgets and controlling costs.
• High level of professionalism and integrity.
• Must be proficient in oral and written English and Spanish.
• Certified Property Manager (CPM) or similar certification would be a plus
