Data Integration Lead (Oracle Hyperion) – Remote – Mexico | $90,000–$100,000 MXN | 10+ Years Experience

We are seeking an experienced Data Integration Lead (Hyperion) with deep expertise in Oracle Hyperion Planning, Essbase, and FDMEE. The ideal candidate will be a senior application engineer with a strong technical foundation in EPM systems and a solid understanding of finance and accounting principles. This role will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale Hyperion and Oracle EPM solutions in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end Hyperion Planning and Essbase solution design and implementation.
  • Develop and maintain FDMEE integrations and Hyperion Financial Reports.
  • Build and optimize Essbase applications, including outline design, member formulas, calc scripts, report scripts, load rules, and storage optimization (ASO/BSO).
  • Create and manage automation scripts using epmautomate, CLI, MaxL, REST API, Groovy, and Java.
  • Develop custom groovy business rules and pipelines for scheduled jobs (hourly, weekly, nightly).
  • Design Hyperion forms, task lists, menus, and smartlists.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support Oracle EPM implementations and migrations.
  • Ensure data integration, performance, and system reliability across environments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 10–13 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM / Hyperion systems.
  • Deep expertise in Hyperion Planning x, Essbase, FDMEE, and Hyperion Financial Reports.
  • Proficient with Oracle Cloud (OCI, EPM, IaaS/PaaS).
  • Strong understanding of multidimensional data models and complex Essbase designs.
  • Skilled in SQL Server, including writing complex stored procedures and Windows batch scripting.
  • Experience with REST API, Groovy, Java, and automation scripting.
  • Familiarity with finance, accounting, and enterprise budgeting processes.
  • Experience in global Oracle EPM implementations is highly preferred.

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 MXN Gross Monthly
