Back Office Representative - Confie Tijuana

Responsibilities:

  • Review and assign claims with accuracy, ensuring proper categorization based on client-provided information.
  • Analyze and interpret documentation carefully to validate and process claims effectively.
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with clients to provide updates and ensure a positive experience.
  • Utilize office tools and document management systems to organize, track, and process claims efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, highly regarded if acquired in a call center setting,
  • Proficient in both English and Spanish. (B2 or higher)

You must be available to work a Monday to Friday schedule.

You also need to have valid Mexican documents to be eligible for employment.
